Gene Wilder started on A Christmas eve night in Los Angeles in 2005 at the Lava Lounge. What A Magical night it was. 

Gene has come a long way and has many members, over twenty amazing players. at one point Gene wilder had 12 musicians on stage at a time. The sound of G.W. started with 2 guitars and some electronic beats. then came a mess of odd instruments, changing the sound into an organic asid circus of audio delight. G.W. has gone almost a full circle, and has returned to electronics for much of it's audio.
